(Individual users don't need to CREATE Captivate material - just VIEW the files that we create and that get posted on the server.)

The Captivate swf files we produced for this client for the past several years worked perfectly when streamed from a server in that individual desktop environment, but they don't work in the Virtual Desktop environment - the audio stutters and stops, even when we set the audio quality as low as possible when publishing in Captivate5 (32kbps, 44.1KHz).

Our main client has recently migrated from supporting several hundred individual desktop machines, to a Virtual Desktop environment where software runs on a server and individual users access it from their minimally configured systems.
